Hi - can anyone advise me about which wide angle lens would be compatible for my trusted MZ50 - I need to take a few photos of some office rooms...

Your advice would be most appreciated.

Any lens other than a DA/DA* - which whilst it will work as the body is designed to work with lenses with no aperture ring, will vignette on a FF body.

Widest FF prime lens you'll likely to get hold off is a M/F 20mm, albeit its not that common. The standard wide angle, a 28mm, is readily available and if you're happy to use M/F (no great issue with it's big DoF), then a cheap option.

If you're lucky you might find a S/H FAJ 18-35mm zoom. Again, works fine with the MZ-50. The FA 24-90 is a rare and relatively expensive, otherwise most zooms start at 28mm and you a have a great range of options from the M/F M & A series through to the F, FA & FAJ series.
