Who can date this Pentax lens brochure

The owner who is selling this brochure has estimated the date to be 1973.

I reckon the date is nearer to at least the late 80's as there are F series autofocus lenses on the front cover, and a silver FA* 24mm lens which I reckon to be around early 1990's

What does everyone else reckon?
