"Where's Mum ?"

When we looked out this morning we saw three baby squirrels emerge from a neighbour's chimney cowl.
They timidly wandered around the top of the chimney, occasionally looking down, but non dared to move off.
This was probably their first venture out from the nest inside the chimney ?

All taken (in a hurry) using the K70, hand held, with the DA55-300PLM at full zoom.
All jpegs PP'd using PSE11

I think you have captured them well, not easy with the bright sky behind.

Hope your neighbour doesn't light the fire !

Nicely captured and we'll spotted.
Really nice to see that sort of stuff.
I know what i like, If not always why.

Many thanks for the comments, Peter and Derek.
I have to admit that it was my wife who spotted the squirrels.
Fortunately I had left the camera on the table from the day before so was able to run outside and grab these shots quickly !

They are still there a day later, wondering how to get down, and no sign of Mum ?

Best regards
Peter

Very well photographed especially as this was obviously a rush job. It just shows your camera should always be handy for unexpected opportunities.
