What is the situation regarding Ricoh cameras and PentaxUser?

My only worry is that we might end up fighting a rearguard action against the Canon brigade since they have a good adapter for our lenses and they snap them up all the time. It's just more fashionable to be seen with a humping great heavy Canon camera - no one pays any attention to what is on the front of them. It's that status symbol that matters.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

I don't think Canonites are any more likely to be shooting Pentax lenses than any other brand of mirrorless. On DSLRs yes, but not on mirrorless. All adapters are equal and modern mirrorless cameras I believe have very similar manual focus tools, allowing precise focus with any lens.
