Sounds like a South Wales/West Country version of the 'Societies exhibition/trade show' that is held in Hammersmith each year... Same retailer too.
As there seems to be no sniff of a 'Photography Show' this year (unless I have missed something) the retailers/manufacturers are putting more faith into these regional events.
If Pentax/Ricoh are there then that's good, Canon were doing rather well at the Hammersmith event.

The normal NEC Photography Show is happening mid Sept this year.
