Vivitar 2x teleconverter for Pentax K mount with original leather case. Exposure settings work as normal but focus is manual although the camera alerts you to when sharp focus is achieved. Excellent condition for its age, no fungus or mark except where the mount has had paint scraped to enable aperture connection.
