Love number 1.

Personally I would try straightening out the horizon (of sorts) though, seems a bit higher at the left.

I hope you don't mind my input.

Not at all! The horizon on No 2 reflects the arch of the bridge.

I had a quick look at these and its the perspective that is giving the slant effect. That's what I think anyway.

Another preference for #1 here.

It is a pity that #2 shows only half of the boat, but even so I would prefer it cropped 4:5 to remove the distractions above the bridge.
