Hello to all.
Tokina AT-X 11-16mm f/2.8 Pro DX
It is possible to find this tokina lens for Pentax K mount?
I am interested in this genre with a lens F2, 8 and wide to the photos via lactea and also landscape.
Someone tell me know if I have any alternative to a lens of this kind?
I know the Samyang 14mm F2,8 but is not so good for landscapes , and can´t use filters in the lens .
Best wishes.

Unfortunately Tokina no longer make K-mount lenses, and I believe this one has never been made for Pentax.

The closest match would be a Sigma 10-20 f/3.5, or the Pentax 12-24 f/4.

It is a pity that the Tokina AT-X 11-16mm is not made for Pentax K mount, from what I have read, it is a superb lens. Many Northern Lights photographers here in Norway use that lens, because of f2.8, and great colour reproduction and contrast. For classic landscape photography with a Pentax camera, I believe the Pentax DA 12-24 is a brilliant performer. The slowish nature of this zoom, f4, is not really any problem when one uses a K-5, a K-30 or similar Pentax DSLRs, because of the high ISO capabilities of these cameras. The DA12-24mm is very sharp across the whole frame, has great colours and micro contrast, and 12-24 is a very useful zoom range for landscape.
