Is it the QE or the POW? Could not quite make out the Pennant Number. I know that big warships get very tetchy when at anchor and small vessels approach, for obvious reasons!

According to a family member it's the QE but Google it to be certain.

according to ship tracker, today QE is in Portsmouth Harbour and POW is underway east of Isle of Wight,
