Ten years ago I sold my first Pentax, a KX, and was soon filled with regret. I now have three of them.
After roughly five years I haven't missed my LX.

a little dispointed, the camera has arrive but their is a mirror alignment issue as the focusing is out, especially at infinity, very disappointed as the seller assured me the Lx was serviced, needless to say l shall be returning it for him to either fix or give me a refund

One of my LX had a missing rubber mirror bumper when I got it. This caused the focusing to be off but was replaced when I got it serviced.
I had allowed for a service when I bought the camera so I wasn't too worried but it should be right if it has been serviced properly recently.

Glad to hear you have a cooperative seller. Good luck with it all.

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

Luckily we all have different tastes or we'd all be chasing the same model! I quite like my KX and KM, and I'll be using my newly-serviced-by-Eric K2DMD in a couple of weeks when I head to the States again, but my go-to film cameras are still my LX and my MX. Perhaps it is because I have small hands the smaller cameras seem to 'fit' better. K.

well finally the Lx has arrived back and the issue of the focus alignment has been sorted by the seller, the Lx now feels and works as sweet as a nut, very happy with how the seller handled the problem

Chris, let's face it: you are the only one on Earth who sold a LX and feels no regret.

If you saw a fellow drowning, and you could either save him
or photograph the event . . . . . . . What lens would you use ?
