I agree with you, and hope that with the first upgrade to come they add this option again. And the possibility for multi colored fonts would be nice also.

Fill in the report problem/suggestion form at the bottom - if they can do it they probably will.

Liam,
Can you point me to an old thread that you did that with?

Hi Matt,
https://www.pentaxuser.com/forum/topic/Downhill-all-the-way-6139
I just looked at the edit, and it the new board software does allow it.. but not as small / small. It's got an 8 digit (ish) AN string in a size tag, which I assume is the new software trying to translate a different system of tags (bb to vb?) tags as best it can.
Cheers

Convoluted, but just taking the translation straight across works..
ist* DL | 18-55 @ 55mm | f8 @ 1/90 | ISO 800
is the tag, and [size:3fdda343f2] to close.. (with a /)
Sorted, although a button would be more convenient..
Cheers

I'd still put in a suggestion to the team and see if they can make it easier to do!

Liam, I don't think the tag is required. I think it's there for cases where there's ambiguity - and the conversion from the old has just added the tag.
Looks like you just need ANY tag number. "1" will do
So, probably this is just [ size=9:1 ] and this is [ size=18:1 ] - both with closing [ /size:1 ]
Not too difficult

Cheers Matt,
now my EXIF info can be small but perfectly formed..
Malo,
after Matt found the solution to that, I've expanded it for font colour as well.
Red Text [ color=red:1 ]Red Text[ /color:1 ]
Blue Text [ color=blue:1 ]Blue Text[ /color:1 ]
Yellow Text [ color=yellow:1 ]Yellow Text[ /color:1 ]
Green Text [ color=green:1 ]green Text[ /color:1 ]
Turquoise Text [ color=#00eebb:1 ]Turquoise Text[ /color:1 ] Using hexadecimal notation.
Same idea, but just substitute the above. Just have to get rid of the spaces I've put inside the [ ]. As you can see from the last colour, it also works with HTML colour codes. Sadly though, you are limited to only 16,777,216 choices of colour using this method, but it should cover you for the basics at least..
Haven't sussed out changing the font yet though.. but it may be possible..
Cheers

Liam,
Thanks a lot, but if this has to be the exercise I would rather stick to plain black.
Martin.
ps; I will give it a try or without copy/paste your example

couldn't see where else to post this.
On the old forum, it was possible to change the size of the text in a post, using the [small] [/small] tags.
It doesn't use the tags here either.
Is this not possible with the board software, or is it just switched off as an option. The reason I ask is because I used to use it to post EXIF info under any piccy I posted, and by reducing the size of the text, stopped it from standing out as much in the post.
Any ideas would be welcome,
Cheers
