Some bird pics taken with the Sigma 500mm f/4.5 (Image heavy)

Thanks to a member here I recently picked up a Sigma 500mm f/4.5 but up until this week I really haven't had much of a chance to use it due to the abysmal weather we have had. Anyway things have picked up a bit and it has been brighter which gave me a chance to try the lens out properly on the K-1.

I'd say the combination of lens and photographer certainly delivers

All excellent, I think the 2 birds fighting/playing/mating stands out for capturing a moment so expertly

Cheers for the comments, Its a fairly hefty lens to be used handheld but just about manageable. Thanks to another member I found the matched 1.4x for a decent price but tbh I wasn't that impressed with the quality.
