SMC Pentax 28mm F3.5 Shift Lens
I must say, it looks to be in fantastic condition.

Superb lens I've seen others advertised previously and thought about buying but can't afford it and to be quite honest I probably don't even need it but a beautiful lens.

Hi Mike,
Yeah it's a stunning lens bit of a specialist item. But perfect for eliminating converging lines in those architectural shots. Also has three built in filters probably not visible in the images above Y48 (Y2), Skylight, 058(02). I had to price with reference to others in the same condition but tried to keep it affordable for members without losing too much on it!
Anyway, thank's for your interest.

Joseph

been a member of Pentax Club since the Ron Spillman era! Got COMPUTERISED at last - DIGITISED? Taken the PLUNGE - BUT FILM STILL RULES !!!
the trouble is now that all the 'Clever B-----s ' can do it all in PhotoShop !
Now that the K-3iii has dual spirit levels in the viewfinder, I can handhold the shift lens and not spend yet more time pfaffing around on the computer...

Getting a shift lens has never been so good...

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

For anything other than minor adjustments PS and other corrective software have limitations - stretching and squashing the pixels affects quality, zooming in shows loss of sharpness, and cropping is needed which can lose vital parts of the photo. Shift lenses used horizontally can also give a view angle of a subject which is otherwise not possible if the view is blocked for instance.
If I didn’t have a tilt/shift lens I would be interested.

Not without losing a small or large portion of the scene
