My "go to" walkaround lens on the K-70 because my copy is - at least to me! - quick to focus, and pretty contrasty & sharp (and certainly a lot better than my old Pentax 18-135 - which I then soon sold after getting the Sigma) 
Only downside is that the hood on mine is a very loose fit and easily becomes detached.
BTW: a shot right through with back lighting would show potential buyers if there are any signs of dust or fungus, but hopefully there aren't - if so, a cracking buy at that price.
PS: also pretty "tough" - mine has taken several "incidents" which could have caused quite a bit of damage - but it soldiered on regardless without any.
PPS: the US PF user reviews of this lens - very complimentary overall!
K-3 II, K-3 and a K-70 from SRS (having now relegated the K-30 /"K-50" to a backup body), & some Sigma and Pentax lenses (and a lot of old 35mm gear!)
