Is 42618 shutter count unusually high if i was to sell? which i'm not thinking about but may do in the future. I shoot RAW+ JPEG and often have it set on continuous shooting ( i always forget to take it off) just curious really, TIA

It's probably higher than most cameras offered for sale presuming your not a pro, it also depends on how old the camera is and whether you take into consideration the shutter count in your asking prices when you do decide to sell.

Things like if you have the original box / packaging, accessories and the overall condition may negate the shutter count to some degree.

Does shooting raw + jpeg make a difference?
I thought it would still be x1 shutter actuation.

I thought so too!

Yes, it's just one photo, so one actuation. I can appreciate that regular continuous shooting pushes up the count more rapidly though!
