This is a lovely shot. I tried so hard to do a picture like this when my dog was alive. I would hose him down in the evening sun and he would stand and look at me like a drowned rat as if to say "what the bloody hell do you think you are doing to me!"

I can see the effect, and the dog cooperated brilliantly.
Great capture, with the "(too slow) shutter speed" I wonder what it would have looked like with a faster shutter speed.

On the original, on my monitor, when I zoom in on the spray of droplets, each one has made a "star-trail" because of the (too slow) shutter speed.
but, each droplet has diffracted the sunlight to an indivual colour of the spectrum!
& I think it looks lovely.
Is this effect visible to all?
