Looks good and it's producing nice pictures too. Don't forget you have further focusing options by twisting the front cell in addition to the helicoid.
Yes I have fine tuned the focussing with the front ring. However when hand held the ring is very small so I have purchased a 32mm push on lens hood. This has made focussing a great deal easier, as well as reducing the chance of glare on the front element. The lens hood can be seen below:-
I bought the lens hood online from Camera House, https://www.camera-house.co.uk/, who have quite a stock of old film cameras, lenses and accessories.

Below are some handheld shots taken in the garden between rain showers. I have converted the bottom red dahlia to B&W to show the rain drops. Quite pleased with the results for a 80 year old lens.
