Yes, it's the Pentax 100mm f2.8 macro lens, masquerading under the Samsung banner.
It's a great lens.

I can't categorically say that the coatings are the same, but comparing two lenses they look the same - the same reflectivity and colour.
I would assume they are the same as the Schneider lenses are multicoated anyway. What's in a name as I'm sure the SMC coating is not the same as it was in 1974 anyway.
I would be 100% happy with either set of lenses, but would still buy the pentax one as it matches the rest of my kit and I believe it will hold its value better.
I could imagine us trying to tell someone in 15 years that a Schneider lens was a Pentax one, and they'll say, "Yeah, right...." with a very doubtful look to match.

With my new found wealth I want to get a 'true' 1:1 macro lens (I have the GX10 btw ). I like the kit lenses I got with it (same as Pentax but with different name), and I was wondering if it's the same case with this? I've looked at other threads and there are various Sigma/Tamron macros that are recommended for a similar price, but if this is basically the Pentax one I'd be happy with that!
Cheers
