I am sure I have seen recommendations for camera repairs but I cannot find it out now. I need a company who is able to repair my K70 after the battery retaining clip broke off, I am in Salisbury, UK. Has any one used a company to repair their pentax in the UK and can recommend them. Even warn about companies they have had problems with!

Asahi Photo in Brentford should be able to do the job - used them several times, including fitting a White solenoid to my K-30.

They seem to have removed their phone number from the website page, but, in my experience, that's the best way to get a quick response! Will add it later when I fire up another PC with that info on it

K-3 II, K-3 and a K-70 from SRS (having now relegated the K-30 /"K-50" to a backup body), & some Sigma and Pentax lenses (and a lot of old 35mm gear!)
