Pinhole day
Some tips I have discovered in the past:
1. make the hole very small, clean and sharp (no burrs)
2. try making a telephoto by mounting the pinhole on the end of a tube (IRC, I got '200mm' with a toilet roll)
3. Use foil for the 'lens'. slightly thicker foil from wine bottle or drinks can aluminium, can be polished after creating the hole, to get a smooth, thin, regular hole.
4. Use an old digi camera not your latest K5 - you're likely to get dust on the sensor.
5. You can use the lens blank from the camera body packaging, drill biggish hole in it, then tape your prepared foil over the hole. But just taping a piece of card there will do to mount the pinhole.
6. Forget all the above and mock up a really bad photo in PhotoShop

Of course, I made it in rush- nothing is perfect- hole hasn't accurate diameter, just hole in paper, etc etc... But, most important is take part...

Can you trick a MZ30 in to believing it has a lens on it so you can use a body cap as a pinhole?
Try using the metered manual mode. Page 52 in the camera manual. (You can find it online to download if need be.)
