Jack, a trip to Spain is on the cards, I think Mike-P will be joining me too, he misses good old Spain weather

Alan, I am all for a drink and with a good old photographer friend better still. Don't bet on being too far, a trip to Scotland stopping by at a few nice places is on the cards too, so Leeds is not exactly out of the way .
Do we still get the good old brandy in Leeds?

Hey! nice one Amin, well done mate.
You definitely deserve it after all your patient experimentation. It always annoyed me how quickly you picked up the craft and how patient your wife was or was she glad to see the back of you down in your shed

Thank you , that's quite a compliment Mark , the lady of the house was just pleased to see the back of me, stuck up in the shed lol, filled the fridge with sandwiches and drinks and I was in my own little world .
I even encouraged her to sms when she needed to get in touch with me. At first she thought I was off to no good as I even had wired up the shed with Internet access point etc, but then I started working on some fun portraits of hers and the kids and giving her to put on fb , that relieved a bit the tension and even got me fresh sandwiches and warm drinks delivered directly to the shed to keep me happy.
Some of the images I was producing and got some happy comments on her fb from friends really helped,, couple of links here and you will see what I meant

Thanks everyone,
I definitely am getting geared up for a trip up north, . Want to get away from playing with liquids and bubbles etc. I am losing my tan already and need to soak some sun and breath some fresh air .
Would be really nice catching up with some of you and organising a meeting.
Gosh I will stand out like a sore thumb amongst you people , just promise no jokes about white lenses please ,

Oh and Mike-P, have a glance at my icon, don't forget I am still a Pentax Pro Master
