Photo hosting services

I used to use Flickr until their "upgrade" about three years ago which was an utter mess. I hated it so much I migrated to Ipernity. I've been very happy with their service but they never attracted enough users and they have recently announced they are probably going to close-down unless they can find someone to buy them out.

This means that once again I am looking for a photo-hosting site. Flickr is still a pug-ugly mess although all my images up to three years ago are still there (although not publicly visible). I have my own website, but that is really for a smaller number of the nicer images whereas I used Ipernity / Flickr for posting/sharing all sorts of images, not just the good ones.

Any recommendations? I'd like something like the old Flickr / Ipernity (i.e., not the PITA endless scrolling which so many sites seem to think is a good idea, heaven knows why!).

Many thanks, Kris.

I love 500px.

The quality of photographs seems better than Flickr and the interface is better, in my opinion!

Cheers
