Pentax K-5 + 16-50mm SDM + 18-55mm + 16Gb SD Card

Hello Everybody,

I'm selling a Pentax K-5 model kit 16-50mm SDM Look so new (bought recently, 27 July 2012)
I also add a 18-55mm and an SDcard 16GB

I Want to sell it to buy a XDCAM because the video features is not enough for me on the Pentax K-5 even have a pretty good and decent quality.
I paid over 1600pounds all together and the Pentax K-5/16-50 Kit only was bought in 27 July 2012 for almost 1400pounds

Asking price : 1100Pounds (ship include)

I'm living in France but i can send in EURO/UK/CANADA/UNITEDSTATES (the ship is include)

The kit lens is warranty 2 years (i give all the paper/receipt)

You need to know that i didn't take any picture with it, i just try faster the video mode of the Pentax K-5 few time but only indoor at my home that all... never go outside or take picture (or maybe just 2/3 picture to try the AF SDM that all)

the kit was bought in a French Store ( the 2 years warranty work everywhere )

Like i said i didn't take any shot (2/3 maybe for the SDM AF testing)
I only test the video mode faster few time but all are still brand new

Also i want to say that i can't return to my store because the delay of return is 7 days and i didn't have time to return back

I can proove it, i have all the receipt have also the date
and i just checked again is not even 27 July 2012 but 28 July 2012

Everything is waiting on the box to check the new user

Also everything is include on the price and i would send that monday morning and you probably will receive that in 2 days for UK for example (i use only the fastest service)

the SD Card is a Sony 16GB SDHCi 30Mb/s gift (i have also the box for it)

It's weird that no one is interested
i don't think that the price is too high for this package no ?
also never really use and is not even 1 month old

If you calcul, i think the price is pretty good when you know that is include a fast ship and perfect condition (like new/brand new)

For exemple from the 1100pounds i ask
Body K5 never really use - 500pounds
16-50 SDM never really use - 550Pounds
18-55 - 50pounds
free shipping
16GB SD card

have something wrong on my price ?...

Yes it can be that too but i was scared that my price was too high

I hate to say it but I personally wouldn't send someone £1100 that has no track record and (from the looks of it) only joined the forum to sell their gear.

Seems to be happening a lot lately.

Please don't be paranoiak, i join the forum to sell my Pentax K-5, like i join another forum to sell it, if you judge someone just because is new on the forum, you will go nowhere..

If you need i can scan the receipt, i can take more picture, i never had any problem with anyone...

The Ebay Feedback it's also something that you can trust... not my fault if i didn't check before that they have a pentax communauty like yours...

It's somebody from pentaxforums that tell me to go make a thread in here to sell my stuff, more easily for european people here...

You want picture with my name ask me, you want a scan the receipt ok but i send this in private have all my name and address on it...

You have been a member here for a number of years and I join the forum looking to buy a new camera and lens.

Would you send me the camera and lens first and I will promise to pay you when it arrives? I have well over 1000 positive Ebay feedback so it will be fine.

I can even do pictures of the £1100 in cash if you want


Personally I have a K-5 and a 16-50mm so am looking to buy but you did ask why there was no interest, I am just giving one possibility.

It's like going in the store ask to take the stuff without paying and go away... or buy on online store and ask to send the product without payment

I saw somebody in the past was a old member on a website, etc... over 1000 good stuff sell on the forum, the next day after, he didn't give any news and stolen 5000euros from somebody that was suppose to buy the product he sell... as you can see i can judge me too that the old member are same as a new member

Now please can we stop talking about that... i know all this but sometime you need to trust too... it's not like i'm selling from a scam website, etc... come on

i'm sorry if i'm not a big store or just your neighborhood to collect in person
if you want i can invite you to come in Paris to see it UK is not that far

Mike-P about new member it's because it was the firs time that i bought a Pentax product, i was all the times on Panasonic/Sony Product but rarely on Nikon/Canon/Pentax product

This thread should be about people who are interested in the items on offer. We all understand about trust and we all understand the principle of Caveat Emptor (Let the buyer beware).

Prospective buyers are quite capable of sorting out what they want or do not want to do.

Small update

I can sell the kit separately ! about the warranty i'm going to make 2 copy of the original receipt that the warranty can work for the lens and for the body... like that nobody loose the warranty

Pentax K-5 Body (like i said never really used bought on 28july 2012 warranty 2 years) : 480Pounds ship include (i wait a response from Defragged)

Lens 16-50mm SDM (same as the Pentax K-5 body): 580Pounds ship include

Lens 18-55mm (is not a WR revision) : 45pounds ship include

I don't pay the fee from Paypal but i pay a fast ship
