It's always interesting to know which systems people move to, and why.
I doubt it contravenes any forum rules to mention this information, but you may have your own reasons not to.
Any particular maker or model cannot hope to satisfy every users needs in every situation.

At this risk of this thread going waaaay off topic for Classifieds... I now have a D700, which I got as part of a "too good to refuse" deal from someone who had to sell up urgently. Other reasons include the low-light performance of the K5 - for my specific needs - were not as good, as well as generally prefering the full-frame system, particularly for wide-angles and viewfinder. Will it make me a better photographer though? No, don't be silly 
I'm still keeping the Kx though, got a DA40 on its way, which I hope will make a good, semi-pocketable, walkaround.
Still shooting in the dark (literally and metaphorically)...

DA* 50-135 and flash arrived safely and very well packaged. Very much looking forward to getting out and seeing what I can do with them!
