Nice set Longtime of B@Ws, that last photograph in this session is sensational I think imho. maybe needs a tad more in contrast and definition but Jayus reshoot that scene if possible. Loads of potential, well done
BTW saw your colour ones Just after as well, Top marks

Loving these!! The composition and framing is just brilliant.
Another option for you, is an IR converted camera??? Once processed it creates startlingly ethereal images.
My K20d IR was about 300 quid.

Individually they each have their strengths (each stands up in its own right) , as a set they just gel so well - enjoyable viewing, keep posting

I'd love to have a K3III Mono but finances have to stay focussed elsewhere. I do enjoy practising 'seeing' in mono though, and the preset mode on the K5 that provides previews in mono is useful. Most of the photographs below were taken at night. The contrasty nature of bright lights, reflections and dark, almost brooding, buildings silhouetted against the sky, leads to the use of monochrome.
All photographs with a Pentax K5. Lens and exposure information included with each picture.
Entrance foyer, 1-5 Bank Street. DA21 Limited, f/8, 1/180s
South facade 1-5 Bank Street, from Marsh Wall. Voigtlander 58mm Norton, f/8, 1/500s
Office view, 33 Canada Square, occupied by Citibank. Voigtlander 58mm Norton, f/8, 1/40s
Caution! Pedestrians! Union Square, Wood Wharf during the Winter Lights festival 2024. DA21 Limited, f/4.5, 1/20s
Life On The Edge, Bank Street. The inspiration for this photograph is from a colleague who saw the opportunities the location offers. DA21 Limited, f/10, 1/60s
Getting older and grumpier. Taking longer to decide which lens to use today.
