Nicely done Barrie and personally disappointing. I was going to post a set that included a similar shot to yours of Sir Nigel and the gent in the bowler - glad I didn't now - yours are better than mine
Love the HDR feel on Sir Nigel and the wistful expression on the Gents face.
Will have a re-think and come up with some different ones
Carl
No matter how many lenses I have owned - I have always needed just one more

Thanks for sharing Neil. I tried a few of the mist shots but none of them have worked as well as yours

Thanks for a great day out chaps.
Barrie/Carl, here is my take on Sir Nigel, processed in Topaz Adjust - I know I have gone to town with the adjustments but I wanted to experiment.

And here are the three amigos - from left Neil, Carl and Barrie (for those who don't know them)

I want to upload quite a few shots from Sunday but I think I'll start a new thread for it.
Cheers.

Some great shots there, wish I had been able to go along. The pictures of Sir Nigel Gresley and Barrie's No.2, the woman in the green hat and prim smile are crackers.
I'm hoping to get the to Goths in a couple of weeks, haven't been for two years, and I'll probably head off to the North Yorks Moors Railway in the afternoon.

Great shots here. The guy in number 3 looks like he could play the part of Cpt. Mainwaring in the Dad's Army remake. These folks go to such great lengths to make themselves realistic - great credit to them
