Not having success with comet Neowise - so tried this...

Having had absolutely no success in finding the comet, let alone actually photographing it, I thought I would try something different.

I took this about a week before you and I can't work out if it was disappearing fast by the time you took your or you are too close to Ursa Major

Thank you both... supposedly its still visible this evening so with any luck I`ll have another look.... I doubt I`ll be able to wait until it comes back around so I`ll make the most of my chances

Nice shooting Andy - and welcome to the forum. I suspect we'll see more Astronomy related images from you in the near future
