New Pentax 645z with problem sensor

I am posting a few pics of a new pentax 645z with a questinable sensor. Please look at pics and let me know if your 645z sensor looks like this. It looks like someone removed the glass cover (maybe because it was scratched or damaged) and the sensor cannot be cleaned. It is a matte black sensor with no glass. Pics i have seen look reflective. Let me know what you think. Thanks!!!!!

As previous post, it looks good to go. I'm sure the glass in my K3 and K5 was removed as well.

Looks like the shutter is closed to me. You won't see the sensor until the shutter opens.
