First pictures grabbed between the showers today at the obligatory 1.4 ! The real test will come when I can shoot some pictures of my boys with it.

Different subject matter, same brilliant results.

I'm actually interested in how unforgiving this lens might be - any bit of missed focus will be very obvious.

They're not the cheapest treat actually, but don't knock them until you try them!

Times ARE hard, I can't stop spending on lenses!

Reminds me of when we had rabbits as pets. We had some friends round for Sunday lunch and I noticed one of them was nibbling a snack in the kitchen with an odd expression on her face. When I looked in her hand I could see she had picked up a packet of "carrot crunchies". The lagomorphic version of gravy bones
