Does it include the arco type plate to click into/onto the head pls?

Previous addiction has resulted in using Zeniths, Yashicamat, Chinons, Minoltas, Samsungs, Fujis, Cosina, Kodak, Lumix, Canon, Nikon and Pentax etc etc - have tried most makes in the past 40 years. Love cameras - love taking photos even more

Seems it's a 200LT-PL type plate, not Arca-Swiss, but I simply stick an Arca adapter on my other Manfrotto heads.

Lightweight construction for easy carrying in hand luggage. (Weight 1.35kg).
