Looking for Photographic Inspiration

Sounds like an odd question but I'm looking for any suggestions of something "interesting" to photograph this weekend in or around the Midlands. Could be a location, event or anything really. My creative thinking seems to have dried up this week so I thought I'd ask the question here

Prepared to travel a bit but don't really want to venture to far (probably and hour or so radius of Birmingham)

thanks in advance

Lone trees in fields, horsehoe bends, children laughing, peeling paint on doors etc. ?

Some good ideas there,

Not done trains before so thats a possibility and was toying with the idea of Birmingham but forgotten about Bourneville so that could work too.

See, I know someone here would have some good suggestions

Thanks Guys

I did suggest to the GF (who's a keen pentax photographer to) that perhaps we could shoot some fine art nude but she objected saying it's to late to fine a suitable model :-O

Actually for a serious suggestion why not take yourself out on a mystery tour and just snap whatever you8 happen upon at random. Toss a coin for whether you drive north or south or east or west, etc

Not only a good idea but a brilliant one . I shall have to give it a go one of these days.

So she thinks you're not pretty enough to shoot then?

have a wander round the custard factory area. I was there last year and I Thought there was an interesting combination of hitech new build, old industrial and refurbished industrial/commercial buildings
