The link leads to the Kiron 28mm f2, not the same lens. The f2 always had a good reputation, the f2.8 I have no idea unfortunately.

It's same as a Vivitar with a SN beginning with 28.
£30 is OK if it has an 'A' setting, without £20-£25.
