*ist-D in Action

Just been doing a spot of spring cleaning of files and dumping lots of the junk photos that I've accumulated. Stumbled across this one which I thought I'd share with you...

Taken at Willen Lake in Milton Keynes last Sept with *ist-D and Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 EX. Was about the only shot I nailed out of an afternoon sat watching these hooligans fly around the lake

It brings back memories of all the one thing I hated about the *ist-D, it's horrendous burst depth even in jpeg!

What do you think? Will have to see if they're up at the lake again soon and put the K10D through its paces with some action stuff...

Looks a great action shot!
BTW, I tried panning with the K10D SR enabled - my boys were cycling by and the SR handled it extremely well, exactly as I'd expect. Rotational panning movement doesn't seem to phase the SR at all

So it'll be interesting to see your K10D shots
