I have a 645N with a 75mm leaf shutter lens that I no longer require - if you're interested in this combo send me a PM with a fair offer and I'll provide photos and details.

Paul Cordes had one on his stall at Tynemouth market last week

finally managed to grab a 645, with 120 back and a 75mm lens very happy indeed

Wow, I paid more than that just for my 645 body with no lens. Enjoy - it's a great camera (and a great lens too).
Pentax hybrid user - Digital K3, film 645 and 35mm SLR and Pentax (&other) lenses adapted to Fuji X and Panasonic L digital
Fan of DA limited and old manual lenses
