ilford gallerie paper

I have recently contacted Ilford over their gallerie paper yellowing,I have quite a large ammount of their paper stored with other papers in the same conditions and it yellows,looking at some prints stored I can pick out the Ilford paper by the yellowing borders.I think this is a very serious flaw turning pictures sepia in quite a short time.Ilford papers have not given me any explanation for this and stopped answering my emails.Am I the only one it happens to?

What's your storage conditions? If you are storing as per their instructions, then I see a problem with the Ilford papers. If you are storing outwith the recommended conditions, then you don't really have any comeback, I'd guess.

Storage should not be an issue because of the expected life of the white paper there is no such thing as white ink so the white of the paper should last indefinitely in all conditions the same as photosensative paper
