How to complain to Pentax UK

Does anyone have the name of the MD of Pentax UK, if such a position exists?
I am wanting to make a complaint to them about my K3ii.
K3ii, K-5, K-x, DA150-450mm, DA16-85WR, DA16-45, DA18-55WR, DA18-135WR, DA35 F2.4, M100mm F4 Macro, DA55-300mm, FA50mm 1.4, AF360 Flash, AF540 Flash

Good luck with that, I don't think customer support/service is one of Pentax's strong points !

There are some contact addresses on the back of your K-3II instruction manual.

In the first instance the supplier is responsible though, so hopefully you have exhausted things with them first?

Retailer first every time. I think Pentax (Ricoh) for Europe is French based these days. Good advice on consumer rights here link

Pentax as a company are almost non existent/unreachable for the end customer.
Your only avenue for comment is via your local dealer, which is fine for product purchase related enquiries, but poor for product feedback for future development work.
Their UK Facebook page might be an avenue for this?
