I'm no pro, and the closest I have yet come to photojournalism is when my Dad's and my photos were considered for inclusion in the Cambridge uni magazine coverage of the varsity fencing match. One of Dads was used in the end.
Other than that, I do just about everything mentioned, just not particularly well

I'm not a pro, and ""Semi-Pro" might even be pushing it as I've never made any money doing this, but pretty much all the rest could apply...

I'm a Social Photographer on the Isle Of Wight. I've always used Pentax gear.
Started with the SFX????
Now on the K10D
Brilliant piece of kit.
My only gripe is that I don't use the MZ-S anymore....beutiful camera to use.

What do I use my K10D for?
To take the best digital photos ever, that's what!
I love it.
K10D. Tamron 18-250 F3.5/6.3, P-KA 50mm 1.4, Takumar-A 28-80mm F3.5/4.5, Vivitar 70-300mm F4.2/5.8, Teleplus MC-7 2x converter and some Cokin stuff. Also Optio E80(coz I've got big fingers!), Pentax A3 and Chinon CP-7m.

I am using mine for my textile degree course, for photographing texiles I have produced, source material for design and for research - dissertation material.... and for anything else I fancy taking a photo of....
I am currently studying Textile Design at the University of Derby, graduating in 2009 (hopefully!)
