Evening.
I'm curious to know how many of you use the built in High ISO NR on your camera, and if so do you have certain levels you use for each ISO?
If not, do you use a setting in PP that you prefer as it works better?
Personaly I use the lowest setting on anything up to 800, and theN in crease it above that, but I'm not so sure it doesn't actually add noise?
Cheers

Always switch it off as I prefer to do it in PP. That way I can apply NR to say the background but not to the main subject which may need the detail (even if it is noisy)

Ditto - apply it where and when you want that way.

Ditto - except that I mainly use the Nik plugin 'Define'.
