Thanks Cabstar,
In no particular order:
Weight and size, image colours, in built SR, weather proofing, 7 fps, little things like the one click green button, Tav is nice, 14.1 dynamic range, great ISO noise, -3 evs to name a few.
As a business I can buy three K-5 II to just one 5D Mk3, the lenses are cheaper and better made.
But mostly to be different and not following the herd.

Cracking portfolio there. Wedding pics can be a massive yawn for those not involved in the day, but there are some very creative images there!

Thanks guys.
Mad the cost of kit Gary.
One Canon 5D Mk3 = one k-5 II, one 50-135 2.8 and one 16-50 2.8, one spare battery and one 32 Gb SDHC card.

Hi there, a BIG WELCOME to Pentax from the other side of the county. Nice to know you've seen the light. At least you can now also capture the light as you saw it and not just the small parts C n n think you should capture.
