Hello again... (Portraits etc)

I dont know if anyone remembers my street portraits etc on film - I shoot mostly canon now but i have started to bring my me super along on model assignments because you cant beat a pentax film camera right?

All shots with ME Super and either the 50mm 1.7 or Tamron Adaptall 90 2,5 ALL on Kodak Portra 40

Hello again Alistair.

You're certainly remembered on here. Your street portraits have always stood out and these are as good as ever.

If memory serves me correctly, we're you being filmed a while ago whilst on the street, as it were? Did you end up in a TV feature or similar?

Getting older and grumpier. Taking longer to decide which lens to use today.

A collection of manual primes to keep me in touch with the pleasures of doing it old-school.

yea i was but because of covid it was shelved

Yes, well remembered..! Bordering on missed you.! Certainly missed your portraits..! Personally I think the bloke takes it.. Does that show a gay element in me ? But would like to see a tighter more landscape crop..

Always looked forward to your street portraits, and you certainly haven't lost your knack you might even be forgiven for turning to the dark side for digital

Your Flickr photostream is great to view - I'm particularly jealous as I've never been remotely competent at portraits
