Hi from rural Devon, K1 - great camera but so heavy! Semi failed K50 - shame about that damn solenoid! Still dabbling with film, ME Super - great camera and it's light!

My first SLR was a ME Super too, back in the early Eighties I think, then I bought a K1000 in a Comet Sale in 1986 (pretty sure) for half price with the intention of having a 'Backup SLR - any excuse.. but Half Price - couldn't resist.'. I still have it and it's so under used it's like new still, sounds like music to the ears when played with LOL.
