(PS At the end, when it said complete, the orange light kept flicking on and off - not what it said on the website. In the end I just switched the camera off and on again and it worked!)

Think it's the same as the K20D firmware update from a few months back.
I haven't had a chance to install it yet as I'm at work but you can find it here
