Both are good versions and perform very well. Both have some signs of use on the barrels and the hoods, but both include the original hoods, front and rear caps and are both boxed. The 10-20 includes the Sigma soft pouch in unused condition. The 18-125 includes a Marumi multicoated protection filter. Both lenses have the odd spec of dust if you look closely with a high intensity light, but they are optically clean and clear with no haze or fungus noted.
I have always been happy with the sharpness of both of these lenses and there is a link to some examples at full resolution in the picasa link below. The 18-125 easily beats any of the 18-55 Pentax kit lenses I have owned and provided sharper images than the Sigma 17-70 or the Pentax 18-135 when I compared them in the shop. I think I have a good copy, as it is supposed to be a bit soft at 125mm, whereas I think this copy is very good. It is of course HSM, so the focus is quiet and assured (one of the main reasons I upgraded).
The 10-20 was so close to the 12-24 results when I compared the Samsung version I had, that the extra width at 10mm meant I kept this and sold on the 12-24. I also think the Sigma is more compact as the hood does not flare out like the Pentax 12-24.
