FS Sigma 100 - 300 F4 APO IF EX Lens - Boxed
I have the same lens which is also starting to peel. Nowhere near as pronounced as yours though just yet.
I've wondered whether it might be worth trying to carefully peel off the rest, at least then it will look like a uniform smooth finish and far more attractive than a scabby surface. Even so, peeling paint should not diminish its worth or effect its capability in anyway.
I won't be selling mine any time soon and most certainly not at this price. Good luck with your sale - though I feel sure someone will shortly be braking your arm for it.

What you need are lenses, more lenses, bigger lenses, better lenses, faster lenses, vintage lenses and when you have these, your pictures will be perfect!

Clean unmarked glass, smooth operation throughout, Excellent sharp sample, Comes boxed complete with original hood, caps and tripod collar and un-used case and strap plus a 82mm Skylight filter that's been on since new
It is sharp, It is fast focusing, It has a constant f/4 aperture, It is a solid, well-built heavy lens. (hence the postage being a little high)
i) These EX series lenses tend to be prone to paint peel off the barrel around the tripod mount foot and this one is no exception, shown in the images.
I'm asking a very reasonable £325 + RMSD mainland UK £15 - unmarked versions are a lot more so not much wiggle room even for PU members, collection available and possibly delivery depending on your location.
Then some images shot with this lens on various Pentax camera's from a K5ii to a K1 ( it doesn't put a scratch under the prism on a K1 either )
