FS: SMC Takumar 50mm f1.4 - late version - Very Good

This is the later version of the classic fast 50 from the M42 days - it features open aperture metering with the Spotmatic F and ES models. This copy is in very good condition, one or two minor coating marks, some minor dust, clean snappy aperture blades, slight "yellowing" (pretty common with this model), one very slight tighter patch in the focus action - but otherwise very smooth.

I'll take this one off your hands if it's still available. I sold off my older version 50/1.4 years ago in preference to the 55/1.8 but I've just sold my other M42 f/1.4 (a Revuenon) as it wasn't a great performer and I wouldn't mind trying a newer version of the Takumar.
