A few photos of the lens...
...There are some very slight marks on the front coating (difficult to see in most lights) and some "cleaning marks" around the perimeter of the lens (as is the case with my other copy I've just discovered) - only fair to mention this, but they are pretty common and don't detract from it's picture taking abilities

And not only for a K-1.....this focal length makes it a good standard lens on APS-C.

I got my hands on this sooner than I'd expected after some friends of my wife decided to come over for a visit and kindly brought it over for me. It's in beautiful condition, works perfectly and seems nice and sharp even wide open. Thanks John for another flawless transaction.

This copy is in very good condition - beautifully smooth focus, snappy, clean & responsive aperture, very good coatings (front and rear) - slight dust inside (typical for age) - fairly good cosmetically (some silvering on the underneath of the aperture ring) - not a "collectors copy" but a great workhorse.
If you are interested I can add some photos. I've looked around at pricing and think this is lower than the poorer condition copies normally go for....
