The White Shirt, an item that is all around us in everyday life in all sorts of shapes and forms.
It is a challenge to photograph white well, high key or low key (challenge is to have no blown highlights!)
Looking for an image that has impact and even a narrative maybe, there are many styles this can be approached, contemporary, abstract, documentary, visual art, play and have fun!

Rules are:
Must be taken on or after 15th October 2009 and closes 6pm Wed. 28th October 2009
and must be taken using Pentax camera or Samsung DSLR.
Ideally with the EXIF info and the maximum for the longest edge is 800px.

In a blatant attempt to pander to your taste Lilly, I tried this as a mono, but unfortunately couldn't get this to work without blowing highlights. Ironically, if this was anything other than a White Shirt comp I actually probably would have gone with B&W.

I've just noticed your stipulation about the max 800 pixels width. I thought we had abandoned this requirement now that images posted on the forum are automatically re-sized. See the comments thread for the last comp.

My shot is ca. 1300 pixels wide - let me know if you consider this a problem and I'll re-post.
