For Sale Pentax DAL55-300mm F4-5.8 Lens

This is the DAL version which is optically identical to the more expensive DA version. The main difference is that it has a plastic rather than metal mount and lacks the quick shift facility. It normally has no hood but I am supplying it with a JJC Lenshood which is a a close copy of the Pentax version - it has a clip on bayonet fitting that works both as a hood and when reversed for transport and even has the removable cutout for a polariser. I am also providing a nice neoprene pouch.

(Incidentally there is a well known trick of pressing the lens release button while adjusting focus manually if want to use quick focus)

This lens is in mint condition and is supplied with front and rear lens caps, hood and neoprene pouch. No box.

I see that SRS currently charge £199 for a second hand DAL 55-300 so I will offer mine for £175 including postage.
