Well I never thought this day would come. But I'm smitten with my K-7 and have really learnt to love the way it handles more than my K20 and grip.

I dont think my K20D will get another look-in again to be quite honest so I may as well let it go, sniff.

I've had it since new and apart from fairly minor signs of use there's nothing negative to report regarding it's condition. I have the original SRS receipt, box and manual alongwith 2 additional third party batteries which have served me well, the BG-2 Pentax grip, eye cup cover, body cap and charger.

In terms of signs of use there are a few slight circular grooves at the bottom of the grip where It's been rotated on a tripod a little too eagerly when I really wanted to catch something quickly. Also the LCD screen has 2 minor scratches which you can only tell are there under certain light and become totally invisible when it's displaying content.

Maybe I'm being biased but to be quite honest I would'nt have a bone to pick with the seller if I bought this knowing it had been previosuly enjoyed before; it's in good shape.

I'm looking for 300 inc delivery.

So here are a few pics:

Hi, do you sell the items separately? I'm interested in the D-BG2.
You can find me on Flickr - Pentax Photo Gallery - Google+ - My Website

I'd rather sell as one complete package; but I'd be prepared to split if there are no initial takers. Let's leave it a couple of days.

Hi Waggot.

Just under 63,000.

I did star trail shots over a few nights with the camera set to continous shooting which really ramped up the shutter count a tad. Worth the effort though.

It has been my main camera for nearly the last three years.

Hi Bob,

David here (we were on flickr before, but found out WHICH email contained my login info!)

Thanks for your patience earlier re K20D body. Hope you find a buyer. I've decided to place a wanted ad for "any" cheap DSLR.

That's a steal. I'm still selling my GX-10 @ 220 so a K20D at 250 is going to be hard to beat!

Twitter | Someone said time-lapse?
Pentax K5 | Samsung N9005 | DA 18-55 WR | DA 35 2.4 | DA 50 1.8
Tamron 10-24 SP | Tamron 90 2.8 Macro | Tamron 70-300 Macro
Samyang 85 1.4 ...and a few other manual lenses older than me.

It certainly would. I'd rather not go down the Ebay route so don't mind dropping the price to 250 here.

so tempted, but the 63,000 worries me.

I'm very tempted, but my reason for getting it would be to convert it to IR (a risky business, especially when there is no service manual for that body).

Then I'd get Live View in an IR camera and presumably contrast detection focussing in Live View - I assume it has that...

Are'nt they guaranteed for 100,000 at least?

Given the price I'm asking for I dont think it's an issue.

They are apparently designed for 100,000, not guaranteed for 100,000.

However, if they are designed not to fail before 100,000, they may well be good for 200,000.
