Out again with the Pentax K1 and the de-baffled SMC Pentax-DA* 60-250mm. Managed to be in the right place at the right time. I hope you enjoy.

You do what we all aspire to do. Wonderful capture.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

A truly beautiful photograph. Light, composition, atmosphere spot on. So simple, so subtle - and so difficult to achieve in practice.

Cracking photo! I know that place very, very well...

I live in Buxton

There are some great places in the Peak to shoot!

Also... out of curiosity, where did you shoot it from?? Can't quite figure it out!

Went for a more unique view of Parkhouse and Chrome and shot from Hitter Hill ... Shooting from Chrome has been done to death (even I have shot from there back to Parkhouse) so tried to get a less seen perspective.
